NHS Communities Guidelines

Welcome to the Pulse Health App NHS community! The NHS Communities are a secure private forum for NHS staff to network, share stories, resources, and work collaboratively together. We want everyone to be part of our community and have their voice heard. We encourage your feedback and aim to respond to your comments as soon as possible. While we do moderate this community, we welcome open discussion.

To help everyone enjoy and get the best out of your community, we ask that when you post, you keep in mind the following:

  • We don’t allow defamatory, indecent, offensive, profane, discriminatory, misleading, unlawful or threatening comments.
  • Personal attacks, name-calling, trolling and abuse will not be tolerated.
  • Spamming is not permitted. Adding people whom you do not know to your communities is considered spamming.
  • We reserve the right to delete comments at our discretion and block any repeat offenders. We will remove content that is fraudulent, deceptive or misleading.
  • Coordinated group attacks will not be tolerated.
  • NHS Employees participating in the discussion in our community are reminded of the social media policies and guidelines in place within their own organisation
  • This platform is safe for PID (patient identifiable data), you are reminded to be careful with what groups of people you share PIDs here. This does not replace common good practices in your organisation that already exist.
